Flourish Infant and Pediatric Therapy Services is a cash-based practice and does not accept private insurance at this time. We believe that this model allows us to provide the most comprehensive, specialized care that can be catered to each family and child's unique needs. We are happy to provide a receipt for services to families that will be seeking reimbursement through a third party.

20 minute consultation to determine need for services. Consultation can be completed by phone or over zoom. In some circumstances, consultation may be provided in your home.

Individual OT Sessions- Monthly Package
Five session package:
-Four direct, individualized OT sessions completed in the family's home
-One 30 minute parent meeting
-Comprehensive home exercise program.

Comprehensive Initial Evaluation
Includes 60 minute parent meeting with developmental and medical history review, 60 minute assessment with child, full report, and detailed treatment plan.
