About Flourish

Occupational Therapy at Flourish Infant and Pediatric Therapy Services targets areas including developmental milestone achievement, fine and gross motor development, whole body coordination,  motor planning,  self care skills, feeding/eating skills, emotional regulation skills, social skills, sensory processing skills and more! 

Whether you are concerned about your infant's development, want to see your child learn coping strategies to better manage those big emotions, or hope to improve your child's motor planning and coordination, we can help! 

Therapy services are provided in the comfort of your home. To get started, contact us for a free consultation to discuss your concerns. If indicated, your child will then undergo a comprehensive but engaging evaluation to determine existing skills, strengths, needs, and plan for treatment. Our mission is to partner with you throughout this journey and empower you to help your child flourish in every way!

Meet Kate

Kate Lovato is  an occupational therapist and the owner of Flourish Infant and Pediatric Therapy Services.  Kate received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology  from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.  Kate has been an OT for 11 years, working in multiple settings including acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient pediatrics, and pediatric home care. Kate specializes in areas including childhood neurodevelopmental disorders, sensory processing delays,  infant development, and infant feeding skills. Working closely within the family unit to ultimately see each infant and child truly flourish is what drove Kate to pursue a private practice and she is excited to help your family on your unique journey together. 

 

Kate lives in Black Forest, Colorado with her husband and 4 girls. When not working, you can find her spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, camping, or skiing.
